Terms & Conditions

 
  1. Client will be asked to return Physical Active Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) or Ante Post Natal Screening form prior to partaking in exercise
    1. If certain physical conditions are highlighted in this questionnaire, you may be required to have medical clearance and physician’s consent form.
  2. Clients must book their space at least 24 hours in advance of the class to ensure their space is reserved. 
  3. Payments can be made either online into the Mum HIIT Wonder account (Sort Code: 20-84-20 / Account Number: 33274268) or in cash.
    1. Drop in rates are £6.50
    2. 6 week terms are £36
    3. 12 week terms are £60
    4. Monthly memberships are £40 
  4. All pay as you go, term or monthly members must pay minimum 24 hours in advance of their class, term, or monthly membership.
  5. Clients must inform class instructor of absence at least 24 hours prior in order to receive full discount or be able to shift the class.
  6. In the event of a class being full, Mum HIIT Wonder will either run an additional hour directly after to accommodate all clients or operate a waiting list. If you are on the waiting list, you will be sent an email once a space in the class has freed up.

  8. Class times and timetables are subject to change
  9. 6 or 12 week terms, monthly memberships and personal training packages are non refundable and any cancellation requests will therefore not be guaranteed. Any requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis and accepted at the discretion of Mum HIIT Wonder.
  10. In the unlikely event of your instructor being unable to undertake the class or session, you can request a full refund for any unfulfilled classes or sessions.
  11. If the venue available is not accessible for whatever reason, Mum HIIT Wonder will always attempt to find an alternative venue to keep the class running even if this is outdoors. If the class is still running, all terms will still apply.
  12. Discounts will only be applicable within the time restrictions or on specific offers as advertised by Mum HIIT Wonder. Any clients who have taken up one of these discounts will be unable to redeem any other offer. 
  13. Monthly Membership clients are not eligible for discounts or free taster sessions within the month as they are given an unlimited class pass with this membership
  14. Free Taster offers are subject to change and are limited to 2 people per class 
  15. Clients are advised to wear appropriate sports wear and to bring water to sessions.
  16. Clients have the right to terminate a particular exercise or workout at any time. You are in control of your workout. If the exercise is uncomfortable or painful of if you want to stop for any reason, you may do so. Mum HIIT Wonder will offer modifications to exercises to avoid exacerbating any injuries or physical limitations.
  17. During Mum & Baby and Mum & Toddler fitness classes, all parents are responsible for the wellbeing and safety of their children. All clients are entitled to opt out of any exercises involving the children. If they do undertake any exercises holding, lifting or any involvement of the children in the exercise, they will be encouraged to adopt safe techniques to avoid any undue harm caused. Please also help to keep any toys away from the exercise area to avoid any tripping or falling.
  18. Mum HIIT Wonder recommends that any parents bring snacks, water, blankets/mats and appropriate clothing for their babies or toddlers.
  19. You will get from your workouts what you put in. Results from classes and personal training sessions will vary per individual and cannot be guaranteed. The client is responsible for the decisions regarding whether or not to exercise consistently, eat properly, rest enough, and live a healthy lifestyle.
  20. Please be aware that you take exercise at your own risk. Be aware of your surroundings, body, and limitations (particularly if pregnant or postnatal) and please exercise as safely as you can. Please make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or injuries ahead of the class or session.
  21. From time to time, Mum HIIT Wonder may take photos and videos of classes or sessions for marketing purposes (website, newsletters, social media platforms). By booking and attending classes or sessions with Mum HIIT Wonder, you consent to these images or videos being collected, but members must inform the instructor in writing if they wish to opt out.
